Samografy Studio Oy is an online-only business with no physical visiting address. Our registered company address and organisation number are listed in the footer of this website.

All products are produced and shipped on demand by Gelato, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Gelato uses a global network of print facilities to produce items close to the customer’s location.

Production time
Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times
Nordic countries and EU: 3–10 business days
UK and non-EU Europe: 5–12 business days
USA and Canada: 5–15 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and may vary based on customs, postal services, weather, or other factors.

Tracking
Tracking is provided when available. Some destinations or shipping methods may not support tracking.

Multiple shipments
If an order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers must ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged shipments
