Return & Refund Policy
All products sold by Samografy Studio Oy are made to order using a print-on-demand model. Every item is produced specifically for you once the order is placed. Because of this custom nature, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selections, wrong color choices, or personal preference. This applies globally.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to your order confirmation, we will replace or refund it. Printing, materials and shipping are handled by our production partner Gelato, but Samografy Studio Oy is your contractual seller. We take responsibility for resolving the issue with Gelato on your behalf.
How to report a problem
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@samografy.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a short and clear description, and clear photos showing the problem and the packaging. Claims without photos cannot be processed. Once reviewed, we will inform you whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund will be issued.
Color and print variations
Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings. Minor variations in color or print alignment may occur in print-on-demand production. These minor differences are normal manufacturing variations and are not considered defects.
Size-related issues
Size charts are provided with each product. Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect size choices.
Non-returnable items
All made-to-order printed items, gift cards, and digital products (if offered) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
Refund method
If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Zone-specific return rules
EU/EEA customers
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, personalised or made-to-order goods are legally exempt from the standard 14-day return period. As all products are produced individually for each order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. EU customers retain full rights to a refund or replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
UK customers
UK consumer law is similar to EU regulations. Made-to-order items are exempt from change-of-mind returns. Defective or incorrect items remain eligible for a refund or replacement.
USA & Canada customers
Return laws vary by state/province. Samografy Studio Oy does not accept returns for custom items unless defective or incorrect. We always replace or refund defective or wrongly produced items.
Rest of World
The same policies apply globally. Items cannot be returned for personal preference or sizing mistakes, but defective or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded.
