Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Samografy Studio Oy online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All additional legal notices and regulatory disclosures published on this website form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.

Online-only business
Samografy Studio Oy operates exclusively online. The registered business address and organisation number are displayed in the footer.

Products and fulfillment
All designs and artworks are original creations of Samografy Studio Oy. Physical goods are produced and shipped by Gelato, our print-on-demand partner. We are responsible for the sale and design; Gelato is responsible for printing, raw materials, and shipping.

Orders and payment
Orders are accepted once you receive confirmation by email. We may refuse orders for fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or production issues. Payments are securely processed by external providers. We do not store full card details.

Prices, taxes, and currency
Prices appear in the currency stated on the website. EU VAT laws apply when relevant. Customs duties for non-EU orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-order nature and returns
All items are produced individually for each customer. As such, returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not accepted. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Color and appearance
Differences in color or brightness between screens and printed products may occur. Minor production variations are not considered defects.

Intellectual property
All content belongs to Samografy Studio Oy unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability
Samografy Studio Oy is not liable for indirect losses, missed profits, or delays caused by events beyond our control. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. EU and UK customers retain all mandatory consumer protections applicable in their jurisdiction. Disputes may be resolved through Finnish courts, your local consumer dispute authority, or the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes
We may update these terms when necessary.
